Consists of a network of suspensed trails interconneted in the forest canopy with diverse level of difficulty and various activities to be mastered by the participant such as zip lining and rapeling.

At EcoRanch, the horses spend all the time free in pastures and work every other day on 2 or 3-hour rides. Those seeking an encounter with nature will choose the Camboinha trails, which lead to sandy tracks for memorable gallops and cross the farm's well-preserved Atlantic Forest reserve. All rides are guided by the owner, who has many stories to tell.

Roça di Praia offers horseback riding tours amidst nature, between the Atlantic Forest and the sea. It's an experience designed for those who want to slow down, take a deep breath, and experience a moment of true connection with nature. The tours are conducted safely, with respect for the animals and attention to each person's pace.

Lessons Mondays and Fridays 8:00 to 10:00 am

Capoeira is a combination of dance and fight that mixes attack and defense moves with music. The groups of Itacaré practice Regional Capoeira and organize daily training, frequented by many children and young people, open to visitors, for courses too.

Sport practiced on the Contas River or on the Ocean.
